Dashboard Server Lists
Overview
The Dashboard service relies on the network connection between the HMI and the Weincloud server. This page lists the domain, IP address, and ports of the Weincloud server, so that network administrators can allow the corresponding traffic on firewalls or proxy servers, and use the list as a reference when an HMI fails to go online.
Use Cases and Target Audience
This page is intended for personnel responsible for network configuration or for troubleshooting HMI connectivity, in the following situations:
- Before deployment, the target addresses and ports of outgoing HMI connections must be allowed in firewall, allowlist, or proxy server rules.
- The HMI has been configured according to Connect HMI to Weincloud but still cannot go online.
Weincloud provides two service regions, global and China, which are independent systems. Check the server list that corresponds to the service region selected in the HMI project.

Global Server
If an HMI cannot go online, check the connection to the following server.

Limitations and Notes
- The global and China servers are independent of each other and do not share account data. Confirm the service region configured in the HMI project before checking connectivity.
- If the connection to the server above is working but the HMI still cannot go online, use the error code reported by the status address of the [Weincloud Server] object instead. See Trouble Shooting for details.
