Release Notes

Version 2.0.13 (October 6, 2026)

  1. Added the EasyAccess 2.0 Event Log Dashboard widget (Beta feature). It lets you view the time, event, and event type for a selected HMI; use requires EasyAccess 2.0-Manage permission.
    • In preview and publish modes, records load automatically and refresh every 60 seconds, with the seconds until the next update shown on the [Refresh] button.
    • The widget shows the most recent records that fit its height, without pagination.
    • The gear menu in the upper-right corner provides [Explore Data] and [Refresh]; the [Explore Data] dialog shows the most recent 100 records, 10 per page.
    • Manual refresh is limited to once every 10 seconds; clicking too soon displays a reminder.

Version 2.0 (September 2026)

Weincloud has been redesigned, with the management console rebuilt on an all-new user interface.

  1. New user interface
    • Every management page has been redesigned, with consistent workflows and visual styling across the site.
    • Light and dark appearance can be switched.
    • All pages support phones and tablets, with controls adapting to the screen size.
    • Nine languages are supported (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, and Russian).
  2. Lists and tables
    • Device and tag lists use virtual scrolling, so lists with tens of thousands of entries stay responsive.
    • Tables support column resizing, column visibility, pinned headers and first columns, and context menus.
    • Users, HMI Management, and Directory support selection across pages, and selected items are kept when changing pages.
    • Site-wide search uses fuzzy matching.
    • The actions shown on each page depend on the user's permissions.
  3. Directory and user management
    • Folders, HMI devices, and groups are managed together in a tree structure, with permissions configured in place.
    • A Groups root node has been added for an overview; group permissions are configured by domain administrators.
    • Users can be moved to a selected folder, and the name column shows the folder path each user belongs to.
  4. EasyAccess
    • WebView and WebVNC can be used directly through WebConnect, and can be opened in a new tab.
    • WebConnect connection records distinguish between Web and App sources.
    • Unlinking a Notification now requires confirmation, and Event History separates viewing from deletion by permission.
    • An activation code can be used to look up devices when adding an HMI or reassigning a Top-Up Card.
  5. Data Source
    • Tag management has been enhanced with batch editing, tag copying, search by data type, real-time value updates, and context menus.
    • Tag CSV files in the previous-generation format can be imported.
    • Trend/History Table queries, Analyze Data, Backup, Operation Log, and Smart Report are integrated in one place.
  6. Alarm and Audit Logs
    • An alarm rule can belong to multiple Alarm Categories, and a context menu has been added.
    • Alarm History can be filtered by category, severity, and acknowledgement status, and exported CSV files display all supported languages correctly in Excel.
    • Audit Logs adds "Last 12 hours" and "Last 24 hours" quick ranges, and query results can be copied and exported in the selected language.
  7. Dashboard and Map View
    • Dashboard project and folder management, project permissions, API Keys, and project import are integrated into the new interface.
    • The Dashboard folder picker is now a tree list and shows the actual domain name.
    • Map View provides the map view and HMI details, with data sources updated in real time.
  8. Account and Domain settings
    • Signing in and linking with a social account is supported, and a new Social section centralizes account settings, Linked Users, and External Notification.
    • Multi-factor authentication (email or an authenticator app) is supported.
    • Domain Setting allows the sign-in page domain, colors, and image library to be customized.
    • The sign-in source IP restriction in Profile supports IPv6 address ranges.

Note: The canvas editor and viewer for Dashboard projects remain on the existing version, and are opened automatically from the Dashboard project list.

Version 1.5.19 (August 18, 2026)

  1. Aggregate data window start time fix
    • In earlier versions, once aggregate data was enabled, the start time of every Window was always aligned to UTC+0, which caused incorrect times for users outside the UTC+0 timezone (e.g., UTC+8) when using aggregate data. This has been fixed in this version — the start time of each aggregate data Window will now follow the user's local timezone.
    • Example
      • For a user in the UTC+8 timezone, with aggregate data enabled from 2026-08-01 00:00:00 to 2026-08-18 23:59:59 and the Window set to 1 day, the first Window will be:

        VersionFirst Window time (UTC+8)Description
Earlier versions2026-08-01 08:00:00 to 2026-08-02 07:59:59Aligned to UTC+0, so the Window starts at 08:00 local time
This version2026-08-01 00:00:00 to 2026-08-01 23:59:59Aligned to the user's local timezone, so the Window starts at 00:00 local time
